Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please note, our business days are Monday-Friday and exclude US holidays. We do not ship over the weekend. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be dispatched the next day. Note, orders placed on a Friday after 12pm EST will be dispatched the next business day – the following Monday. We do our best to process and ship orders out on the same day, but please allow 1 day for us to process your order.  If you have any questions about your order, please email customercare@ludivineny.com and one of our team members will be glad to help.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number from the courier service you selected, where you can see the shipment status. Please check your spam or junk mail folders if you have not received your information.

Items may arrive in more than one package; you will receive tracking information for each package.

We do the best to ensure speedy delivery of your order, but please keep in mind that UPS and additional couriers can experience delays, which are beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Please note that while we do all the best to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible.

SHIPPING FEES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

We offer free ground shipping with UPS Ground on all domestic orders, which will automatically be applied at checkout for orders within the U.S.  Orders are fulfilled from New York, NY. 

• UPS Ground 2-5 Business Days : FREE
• UPS Express 1-2 Business Days : $25
• UPS Next Day Next Business Day : $50
• Same Day (Manhattan Residents Only) : $30

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For International Orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. LUDIVINE is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country. Please note, we do not provide free returns for international orders, clients are responsible for sending back their purchase. 

• UPS Standard 3-5 Business Days : $35
• UPS Expedited 2-3 Business Days :$75

 

DELIVERY POLICY

If you refuse delivery of your domestic order, the order will be returned to our fulfillment center, and you will receive a refund for the merchandise. Shipping charges, and for any duties and taxes are nonrefundable. 

For International orders, please note that if you refuse delivery of your package, it will not automatically be returned to us in the US. Instead, it may be subject to storage fees and could be destroyed if not claimed within 30-60 days (depending on the country). LUDIVINE is not liable for any charges or fees associated with refused packages.
